Meeting notes are available in meetings with up to 100 people. Only people who are invited to a meeting before notes are created will have access to them initially. Others can request access, and the owner of the notes will be notified via email. Before the meeting. To take notes before a meeting, go to Calendar, select the meeting, and then Chat with participants. Select the Meeting Notes tab, then Start taking. Meeting details are added to OneNote as text. You can freely add to, change, or delete any part of the meeting details in OneNote without affecting the original meeting notice in your Outlook calendar. For example, you can delete the names of invited attendees who weren’t at the meeting so you have a record of who actually attended.   • Launch OneNote directly from your Outlook calendar or the meeting appointment itself
  • Insert meeting details onto the OneNote page, including the attendee list and any attachments
  • Check boxes next to the attendee names to indicate who was present
  • Update changed meeting details by selecting Refresh Meeting Details for this Page under Meeting Details
  • Share meeting notes with others from a shared location or by emailing the page
