- Citrix Workspace is the evolution and convergence of all Citrix products into a unified solution. It is a cloud-only, first class end-user experience over a unified user interface (UI), allowing users to access any apps, desktops, and content from anywhere while only signing in once.
- Citrix is not responsible for and does not endorse or accept any responsibility for the contents or your use of these third party Web sites. Citrix is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Citrix of the linked Web site.

Prerequisites
- All the tools are intended for the Microsoft Windows platforms.
- Specific prerequisites vary with different tools. The included README contains links to Knowledge Center articles for each tool where you can learn about tool-specific requirements.
- You need web access to look up Knowledge Center articles, even if you downloaded the tools and saved them in a local folder.
Installing Supportability Pack
1. If you have an earlier version of the Supportability Pack on your system, remove it completely, including all tools and files, before downloading a new version. As of v1.2.x, you can use the Supportability Pack Updater to keep all tools up-to-date.
2. Unzip the Supportability Pack to a local folder of your choice.
3. Open the README.html file using a web browser and begin exploring the tools catalog.
4. All tools are placed in individual subfolders under the Tools parent.
5. The SupportabilityPackUpdater.exe file is located in the same folder as README.html. Use 'SupportabilityPackUpdater.exe /help' to get more information about how to use the file.
How to Use the Supportability Pack
You can extract the Supportability Pack to a local drive, portable drive, USB flash drive, and other storage devices. After extraction, open the README.html file in a browser to begin exploring the catalog. You can view the entire set of tools and see a filtered list based on feature or component. All listed tools are placed in individual subfolders under the Tools parent. The README.html also contains hyperlinks to Knowledge Center articles for each tool where you can learn more.
If necessary, you can directly access a tool by going into its specific subfolder. We don't recommend moving or renaming the tools and related files and folders.
Required Security Permissions
You need appropriate permissions to download and unzip the Supportability Pack. See the Knowledge Center article for each tool for tool-specific security permissions.
Data Modification
No data is modified when you unzip the Supportability Pack. Once unzipped, the Supportability Pack writes several HTML files along with all the tools in the TOOLS folder. No other system changes are made.
Uninstalling the Supportability Pack
You can uninstall the Supportability Pack by deleting the folder where it was extracted. More steps might be necessary to uninstall some tools based on their specific requirements. See the Knowledge Center article for the specific tool to learn more.
